Terms and Conditions of GREGG’S COFFEE INSTANT WIN PROMOTION

    TERMS OF ENTRY
  1. Applicable terms: These terms apply to all Cerebos Gregg’s promotions involving prize draws and instant win promotions, except where specifically amended by the How To Enter or Prize Details sections. The sections on How To Enter and Prize Details (as appear on the product promotional sticker if product purchase is required, or elsewhere on this website) form part of these Terms Of Entry. Entry into the promotion deems acceptance of the Terms Of Entry.
  2. Who may enter: The promotion is open to New Zealand residents only. Anyone employed by (or an immediate family member of someone employed by) Cerebos Gregg’s or Cerebos Gregg’s associated companies or advertising agencies, or (if entry by text message is allowed) Vodafone or Telecom, is ineligible to enter or win.
  3. Entries:
    a. Entries must be received in accordance with the instructions in How To Enter and by the relevant closing date and time.
    b. If you are required to purchase a product to enter the promotion, then you may enter as many times as you like but each entry must use a new unique code from a purchase of a promotionally stickered product. Each unique code may be used only once, and may be used only by text, OR website, OR post.
    c. Late, lost, stolen, incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible or damaged entries will be deemed invalid and Cerebos Gregg’s accepts no responsibility for such entries.
  4. Winner(s):
    a. If the promotion is a draw, winner(s) will be randomly drawn on the draw date(s) from all valid entries received, and notified by telephone, post or email shortly after. If the promotion is instant win, prizes are won and claimed in accordance with the instructions in How To Enter.
    b. Each winner may be required to provide proof of identity (e.g. driver’s licence or passport, and, if text entries are allowed, evidence that the winner is the registered user of the relevant mobile phone).
    c. By accepting a prize, each winner agrees that Cerebos Gregg’s may use his or her name, address and photograph for publicity purposes including without limitation packaging, public relations and marketing via the internet or otherwise.
    d. If a winner is under the age of 18, the prize may be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
    e. Winner(s) (and anyone receiving the benefit of a prize) may be required to sign a release in a form determined in the absolute discretion of Cerebos Gregg’s (or, where relevant, a prize provider).
  5. Prize(s):
    a. All costs not specifically included in the Prize Details are excluded from the prize and are the responsibility of the winner(s) (e.g. where relevant, meals, airport transfers, insurance, ancillary costs).
    b. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. However, Cerebos Gregg’s may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize or any component of a prize is unavailable.
    c. All components of a prize must be taken together.
    d. If a prize involves bookings (e.g. where relevant, for travel or accommodation), then any additional expenses incurred through alterations to bookings will be at winner’s expense.
  6. Product purchase: If you are required to purchase a product to enter the promotion, then you must keep proof of purchase (till receipt for postal entries, till receipt and code sticker for text entries and website entries). Cerebos Gregg’s may require proof of purchase before awarding any prize.
  7. Variations: Cerebos Gregg’s reserves the right to vary the Terms Of Entry or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule the promotion.
  8. Decisions: Cerebos Gregg’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Liability: Cerebos Gregg’s is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability which cannot be excluded by law. Cerebos Gregg’s is not responsible for any incorrect information, either caused by the user or any equipment or programming associated with the promotion, or for any technical error, virus or malicious code, or any omission, interruption, defect, delay, or internet, telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries, or for any damage to any person’s computer, arising in connection with the promotion.
  10. Privacy Act: All entries remain the property of Cerebos Gregg’s. All personal information will be collected and stored by Cerebos Gregg’s in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. Cerebos Gregg’s may use your personal information to conduct the promotion and for any future promotional and advertising initiatives. If the promotion allows text entries, then entering by text authorises Vodafone and Telecom to release your mobile phone number to Cerebos Gregg’s or its agencies. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993.
